The Club Committee comprise of current financial members of QQSSCI volunteering their time to help grow an interest in Quarter Scale Speedway racing. Any financial member can become a committee member by nominating themselves or others prior to the AGM, or in the event a resignation of a Committee Member when a position is available.The Committee is voted in annually by Club Members at the AGM or in the case of resignations, at a special meeting called by remaining Committee Members.

Our Volunteers are an important part of the Club. From set up on race day, helping in the Canteen, selling raffle tickets, rubbish removal, watering and grading the track to even assisting fellow drivers with racing tips and pit crew repairs. Without them, there would be no Club and imagine the fun that we would all miss out on. Anyone can Volunteer. Whether you are a member or not doesn't matter. You just need to have an interest in Quarter Scale Racing either spectating or being part of a great Event that involves the whole family. The more volunteers, the smoother the event will go and we can all get home at a reasonable hour. Please assist where you can, even 5 minutes makes a difference and everyone gets to be involved.
