Please remember this is a not for profit Club and the Committee Members Volunteer their time to help run a successful Club, your understanding of this would be greatly appreciated. Please avoid approaching the committee members with general feedback/complaints etc. during or after race meetings. (Unless Urgent Action is required) As you would appreciate, they are volunteers and also have Jobs and responsibilities away from the track. It is preferred that communications are forwarded in writing via email ONLY so all committee members can discuss and avoid miscommunications and unnecessary issues.
